To integrate the Commented SDK into your mobile application, begin by setting your application's package name on our website. Then, follow the installation guide for either Android or iOS provided at https://help.commented.io/en/articles/8548505-mobile-sdk-installation-guide-for-android or https://help.commented.io/en/articles/8548554-mobile-sdk-installation-guide-for-ios, respectively.

If you are using it on an Android project, upon launching your app for the first time, you'll encounter a popup requesting permission for a draggable icon that floats within your application.

You need to give permission in Android applications

Selecting "Go to settings" will direct you to your device's system settings.
Locate your application in the list and enable the necessary permissions.
Once completed, the Commented SDK is nearly ready for use, and you'll be able to see the widget icon on your screen.
For iOS, there won't be a popup on the initial launch.

The widget will prompt you to log in to enable commenting functionality. Tapping the widget will open a bottom sheet with a login screen. Enter your username and password to log in. Once logged in, the widget's view will update accordingly.

Within the widget, you'll find two buttons:

One displaying your user avatar, which navigates to your user screen where you can select the workspace you want to work with.

And the other, a plus icon, which captures your screen and directs you to a screen where you can annotate your screenshot with drawings, text, or pins.

When you've finished editing your screenshot and composing your comment, press the send icon at the end of the input field to submit your comment to the project.
